Welcome to The Law Office of Martin Busch

Mr. Busch’s law practice focuses on representing franchisors from across Germany, as well as providing counsel to franchisees and small to mid-size businesses located in various cities throughout Germany. Mr. Busch has extensive experience litigating corporate and franchise law cases in the courts of Germany and has also participated in numerous arbitrations conducted by the German Arbitration Association.

Mr. Busch is a member of The German State Bar Association, The Bar Association of Berlin, and The Bar Association of Munich. He is an active participant in the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising and has served as a Chair in the Maryland Franchise and Distribution Law Committee. In 1998, Mr. Busch obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Munich Law School, located in Munich, Germany. Prior to that, he completed his undergraduate studies in political science at the University of Heidelberg, located in Heidelberg, Germany.
